1. Operator and scope
These terms govern use of SOSY.ai, a social media management service operated by MENA Core LLC, United States. Questions: support@sosy.ai. Registered address and state of formation: [[يتطلب تأكيد المالك]]. Read these terms together with the Privacy Policy.
2. Accounts and authority
Provide accurate account details and keep login credentials secure. Connect only accounts and Pages you own or are authorized to manage. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to issue publication and connection instructions on its behalf. Do not share another person’s credentials or bypass their consent.
Minimum user age and any country-specific eligibility restrictions require owner confirmation: [[يتطلب تأكيد المالك]]. Do not use the service where you lack legal capacity or authority to do so.
3. What the service does
SOSY provides account connection and content preparation, scheduling, and publication functions where the integration, subscription, and provider permissions support them. A listed platform or enabled setting is not a guarantee that all account types, features, or permissions are available.
You choose the accounts, content, schedule, and publication instructions. Review content and destinations before submitting. Third-party outages, token expiry, revoked permissions, account restrictions, and provider changes may prevent or delay publication. Check publication status rather than assuming a queued item was posted.
4. Your content and acceptable use
You retain the rights you hold in your content. You authorize the processing and transmission reasonably needed to store, prepare, schedule, and publish that content according to your instructions. You are responsible for necessary rights, permissions, and the accuracy and legality of your materials.
Do not use SOSY for unlawful content, infringement, impersonation, fraud, unauthorized access, spam, or circumvention of platform restrictions. Do not upload confidential information to publicly accessible media URLs. AI-assisted drafts, where available, require your factual and editorial review before publication.
5. Facebook, Instagram, and Threads
Use of Facebook, Instagram, and Threads features is also subject to Meta’s applicable product terms, Platform Terms, developer policies, and permissions. You may revoke a connection through the relevant Meta settings. SOSY cannot grant permissions that Meta has not approved or remove restrictions imposed by Meta.
SOSY is independent of Meta and does not claim Meta endorsement. We may need to stop a connection or a feature to honor revoked authorization, protect accounts, or comply with applicable requirements.
6. Plans, payment, and cancellation
Available features and usage limits depend on the plan selected and the details shown at checkout. Review pricing, currency, taxes, term, and any renewal conditions before purchasing. Do not assume that a zero-priced listing creates a permanent entitlement to unlimited service.
The binding cancellation process, renewal rules, refund policy, payment dispute process, and any trial conditions must be confirmed and displayed before a paid commitment: [[يتطلب تأكيد المالك]]. These terms do not introduce an undisclosed subscription or waive mandatory consumer rights.
7. Disconnection, deletion, and suspension
See Data Deletion Instructions for revocation and complete deletion requests. Removing a connection in the dashboard may be limited by associated posts and is not a guarantee of deletion from media storage, logs, backups, or Meta itself.
We may restrict use that compromises security, violates these terms, or conflicts with provider requirements. Where practicable and lawful, the reason and next steps should be communicated. Account closure and deletion remain subject to necessary identity checks and documented legal retention requirements.
8. Availability and responsibility
We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular level of audience growth, or that every scheduled publication will succeed. You should keep copies of important content and monitor publication outcomes.
Any limitations of liability, exclusions, indemnity obligations, and service-level commitments require owner and legal confirmation: [[يتطلب تأكيد المالك]]. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow the parties to exclude.
9. Changes, governing law, and contact
Material changes to these terms should be published with an updated date and appropriate notice before they apply. Contact support@sosy.ai for service questions, complaints, and requests. No invented registered address, court, arbitration obligation, or monetary liability cap is supplied in these terms. Outstanding confirmation markers must be resolved before relying on this text as a final legal agreement.
