1. Who operates SOSY

SOSY.ai is operated by MENA Core LLC, United States. Contact: support@sosy.ai. Registered office address, state of formation, and applicable privacy contact details: [[يتطلب تأكيد المالك]]. The contact location shown elsewhere in the website settings is not a confirmation of the company’s registered office.

2. Information we process

When you create a SOSY account, we process the account details you provide, authentication information, subscription records, support communications, and content you upload or prepare. Technical records may include IP addresses, browser information, request times, and errors needed to operate and protect the service.

When you authorize a Meta connection, the information available depends on the product, permissions granted, and account type. It can include public profile information and identifiers; the list and identifiers of Facebook Pages you manage; user access tokens and Page access tokens; Instagram professional account identifiers, usernames, profile details, and associated Facebook Page information; Threads account identifiers and profile information; and the text, images, videos, scheduling details, publication identifiers, and publication status of content managed through SOSY. This description does not mean every permission has been approved or every Meta feature is available.

We do not ask for your Facebook, Instagram, or Threads password to establish an official OAuth connection. Authorization takes place with Meta. Do not send platform passwords or access tokens to our support mailbox.

3. Why we use Meta data

We use Meta connection data only to display and manage the accounts you authorize and to schedule or publish content on your behalf when you instruct us to do so. We use the necessary connection identifiers, tokens, and publication responses to complete those actions and diagnose failures. We do not use a connection as permission to publish unrelated content or access unrelated accounts.

Your authorization and publication instructions determine the scope of the connection. Separate SOSY account, billing, security, and support information is used to provide the service, manage subscriptions, protect accounts, and respond to requests. Applicable legal bases and any location-specific notices require confirmation: [[يتطلب تأكيد المالك]].

4. Storage and protection

Account and connection records are stored in the service database. Uploaded media is stored using Cloudflare R2 object storage; the service is currently hosted on Hostinger. Media delivered through a public media URL is accessible to anyone who has that URL and must not be treated as confidential storage. Deleting a database record does not necessarily delete every related media object.

The public service uses HTTPS. Administrative access is subject to account permissions. Tokens are credentials and must be restricted to operational use. Encryption at rest, backup encryption, processor locations, and the full administrative access review process have not been verified for this notice: [[يتطلب تأكيد المالك]]. We do not claim that all stored tokens are encrypted or that any system is completely secure.

5. Retention

Connection information and tokens are retained while the connection is needed to provide the requested service, subject to revocation, deletion requests, and applicable requirements. Drafts, schedules, publication records, uploads, and support records may remain separately from the connection record. Removing an integration at Meta revokes access but does not by itself erase all records stored in SOSY.

The current application has no verified automatic purge period covering all Meta-related database records, media objects, logs, and backups. The owner-approved retention schedule, maximum deletion completion period, and backup expiry period are [[يتطلب تأكيد المالك]]. Until those periods are confirmed, this page does not promise deletion within a specified number of days. You can submit a request now using the instructions below.

6. Service providers and disclosure

To operate the service, data is processed by hosting and storage providers, currently Hostinger and Cloudflare R2, and by Meta when you authorize connections or request publication. Support email providers and any additional enabled service providers, processing countries, and contractual safeguards require confirmation: [[يتطلب تأكيد المالك]]. Do not assume that a service mentioned elsewhere on the site is enabled for Meta data.

Meta connection information is not offered for sale or used to authorize unrelated advertising. Any further disclosure must have a valid operational or legal purpose consistent with this notice and Meta’s applicable terms. Information may be disclosed when required by applicable law or to address a documented security incident, with the scope limited to what is necessary.

7. Your choices and deletion requests

You can revoke SOSY’s permissions in the relevant Facebook, Instagram, or Threads connected-app or business-integration settings. Available labels differ by Meta product. You can also try removing the connected account from SOSY’s Social Accounts screen. The current interface may restrict removal when posts are attached to the account or when your role lacks the Delete action.

For complete deletion of Meta-related data, follow Data Deletion Instructions or contact support@sosy.ai. Ask for access, correction, withdrawal, or deletion and identify the relevant account. We may need a proportionate identity or account-ownership check. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or unnecessary identity documents.

8. Cookies, other sites, and changes

SOSY uses session and security cookies to support login and normal operation. Optional tracking, if introduced, must be described and handled according to applicable requirements; Google Analytics is not currently enabled in the reviewed settings. Meta and other linked websites have their own policies.

We will update the date of this notice when its content changes. Material changes in processing should be reflected before new uses begin. Questions and concerns can be sent to support@sosy.ai.

9. Meta platform commitments

Use of Meta Platform Data is subject to the applicable Meta Platform Terms and developer policies. This notice does not override those terms or permit uses they prohibit. SOSY is an independent service and is not represented as owned, endorsed, or operated by Meta. See also our Terms of Service.
